What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The service made sure people were at the centre of their care and treatment choices and they decided, in partnership with people, how to respond to any relevant changes in people’s needs. Patients had access to appointments provided by a range of multi-skilled clinicians including nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacist and pharmacist technician, practice nurses and a healthcare assistant. Feedback we reviewed showed that patient experience of the service was mainly positive. Recent results from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed that the majority of people were positive about their experience of the service. Feedback we received from patients indicated that people were overall satisfied with the service, they told us they felt safe, were listened to, had confidence in the clinical staff and felt that the next steps of their assessment and treatment had been explained. The provider used the learning from patient experience as reported in complaints and incidents to drive improvement. Clear examples were provided where the service had acted upon people’s experience and introduced changes and service improvements in a timely and responsive way. The provider showed us examples of compliments given by people who had used the service.

What registered patients reported
Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.
No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.
Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
