People’s experience
We found patient feedback from a variety of sources was overwhelmingly positive.
From the feedback we reviewed, patients commented how they were involved in all decisions, felt listened to and reassured throughout the initial assessment and treatment.
Further patient feedback highlighted their gratitude for the difference their treatment had made to their confidence and mental well-being.
