She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.” “…My attendance had lapsed recently, yet the care from all the team exemplary in both cases and everyone went above and beyond. I am very lucky to have High Street Smiles as my dental practice. Thank you.” “Staff and dentists have been excellent. I am a nervous patient and have had wonderful treatment and patience from my two dentists. They have been friendly and put me at ease. Thank you.” “Very polite and professional. Wouldn’t want any other dentist.” “Always happy with every service. Amazing people.” “Staff are always willing to help. They will go above and beyond when you are suffering from a serious or painful dental issue. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.” “Always pleased with my treatment. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
