People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 6 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “A very professional and knowledgeable practice.”; “The level of care and expertise from the staff was outstanding.” and “From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. One patient told us, “The dental practice is clean and modern, which instantly put me at ease.” Another patient said, “The clinic itself is beautifully designed, clean, and relaxing, which added to the overall experience.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. One patient said, “[The dentist] always takes the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answer all my questions, ensuring I feel comfortable and informed. The procedures I've had were quick, pain-free, and the aftercare instructions were clear.” Another patient told us: “My treatment was explained thoroughly, and I felt well-informed at every step. The results exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and personalised approach.” Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
