People’s experience
Two weeks before our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 7 patients. On the day of our visit we saw and received feedback from 22 patients. Their responses provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included, “Staff are extremely friendly on the phone and face to face”, “I have found nothing but utmost professionalism and friendliness from everyone from the reception staff to the dental professionals”, “Always helpful and full of information for future oral health” and “Very friendly. Made you feel at ease. Dentist very thorough and explained options of treatment available”. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
