The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
Feedback from people using the service was positive. The practice had an active patient participation group (PPG) in place, who represented the views of people who used the service. However, recent patient survey results such as the National GP Patient Survey, showed people's view on accessing services was mixed. A recent patient survey carried out by the practice showed that, although results were mixed 90% of patients said their experience of visiting the practice was very good or good.
