What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The service treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. We observed staff engaging positively with patients on an assessment call. Staff demonstrated a good knowledge and understanding of patients’ individual needs. Patients and carers we spoke with were very positive about their experience of the service. They described staff as kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable, putting them at ease. Parents spoke of good support in helping them to support their children. Post diagnosis, patients spoke positively about the neuro-affirmative, psychoeducation sessions provided by people with lived experience of neurodiversity. Patients felt they were given time to speak about their experiences, and the process was not rushed. Some patients expressed concerns about lack of consistency between prescribers, and delays in getting through to the service. Patients generally fed back that the service made reasonable adjustments for their needs in completing assessments. Patients were keen to have the opportunity of developing a community support group following the post diagnostic groups, and the service was looking at how this could be facilitated safely.
GP Patient Survey 2026
What registered patients reported
Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.
No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.
Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
