People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We reviewed patient feedback we received, and feedback routinely obtained by the practice. On the day of our inspection, we spoke with patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, "I cannot recommend [the Dentistry 100] team highly enough. I have been a patient for several years and have consistently received exceptional care, professionalism and support.” Other patients told us, “From my very first visit, everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, the practice is always immaculate, and the level of service has been consistently excellent,” and “I’m very pleased that I chose this practice for my Invisalign treatment and would genuinely recommend the team to anyone looking for professional, caring and friendly dental care.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “We have always found the clinic premises to hold very high levels of hygiene standards, and this includes the waiting area and all rooms.” Another patient said, “The whole team has a lovely, calm atmosphere. Everyone seems relaxed and friendly, but you can clearly see how much knowledge and experience they have. I also really appreciate the very high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the practice; everything feels spotless and well looked after.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “Whether it's a routine appointment or an emergency, they always do their best to fit me in. The practice itself is spotless, well organised and creates a calm, professional environment from the moment you walk through the door.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “[The principal dentist] has taken the time to build a genuine relationship with me and understand my individual needs, concerns and long-term goals. Rather than focusing solely on the immediate issue, he discusses where we are currently, potential future treatment options and what I can expect throughout the process. This approach has helped me make informed decisions about my dental care and given me confidence in the treatment plan.” Another patient told us, “One of the things I value most is the communication. Before treatment begins, [the principal dentist] clearly explains what will happen. During treatment, they talk through each stage as it is happening and regularly checks that I am comfortable. This constant reassurance and focus on patient wellbeing makes a significant difference to the experience.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. “[The principal dentist] and [the hygienist] are both very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process…. Everyone seems relaxed and friendly, but you can clearly see how much knowledge and experience they have.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
