The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Representatives from the PPG explained that their feedback led managers to make improvements, including improvements to the bathroom facilities and ensuring the waiting room was kept clean and tidy. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For instance, 84% of patients reported that they can usually access their preferred healthcare professional when they need to, significantly surpassing the local and national averages of 45% and 40%. Similarly, 90% reported a good experience when contacting the practice, exceeding the average locally and nationally of 75% and 70%
