People’s experience
On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from 5 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “The treatment commenced promptly at the appointed time. [The dentist] performed the treatment in the most efficient and delicate manner with hardly any pain level or discomfort.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “Good service and nice staff, very clean.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “Good availability of appointment and great dentist and staff. No concerns with any of my visits.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “The CBCT equipment was used to scan my jaw and the results were most fascinating and insightful. [The dentists] advised me in a pragmatic and practical way forward.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
