People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 9 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a further 6 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “The dentists and hygienists are absolutely superb. Caring, careful and always explaining the treatments clearly.” “Excellent service. Spotlessly clean. Very informative with all treatments.” “The practice as a whole is the best dentist I've ever been to - always clean, bright, great staff, really helpful and kind. Couldn't praise them more highly!” “The work undertaken is made as free of pain and discomfort as possible with constant checking on your wellbeing. Would highly recommend them to anyone.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “Clean, bright rooms and very helpful receptionists.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. “What stands out most is their approach. They are incredibly supportive and take the time to guide you on improving your brushing technique and overall oral hygiene, but always in a calm, non-pushy way that actually makes you want to follow their advice.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
