People’s experience
Feedback from people, relatives, professionals and external stakeholders who worked closely with the service and the overall experience of using the service was exceptional. Particularly in relation to working with the local community to provide bespoke care and treatment that went above and beyond the scope of urgent treatment centres. We identified there was an exceptional holistic approach to the patient journey which was evident in the feedback we received in relation to person-centred care themes. People felt listened to and were treated with dignity and respect. Care was joined up with local services to ensure people were provided with effective treatment in an efficient and timely manner. Staff were given opportunities to develop their skills. Staff and leaders were highly motivated to innovate and implement processes to drive service improvements. You can find more details in the evidence category findings.

What registered patients reported
Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.
No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
