The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
We reviewed feedback received from people sent directly to the Care Quality Commission, the national GP patient survey and Friends and Family data. Whilst some people reported difficulties contacting the practice over the telephone, their overall experience with the service was positive. People told us they felt listened to and were complementary regarding the service received. They praised staff for involving them in choices and decisions about their care and treatment and explaining next steps following their assessments. They had confidence and trust in the health professionals and commented on the polite and conscientious nature of the wider practice staff members.
