People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 38 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Thorough, kind and professional.” “Very gentle and explained the process so well.” “I highly recommend them to my friends and family as I like that the environment is calm and clean, the staff are always kind, as well as the convenient option of being able to book appointments online.” “Good explanations before treatment of what to expect, use of camera and x rays to show you what they were dealing with and help explain what treatment was needed.” “Reception is always very helpful and accommodating with appointment booking to work best to my schedule.” “They are the best dental practice I have ever been to, all the staff are so gentle and kind. I have recommended them to various friends and family.” “Highly recommend The Eledent Clinic to anyone looking for top-quality dental care with a personal touch!” “My teeth are in the best shape since I've been a patient there.” “I feel they have an enthusiasm around developments in dentistry, which inspires confidence in me as a patient.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
