People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We reviewed patient feedback we received, and feedback routinely obtained by the practice. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Feedback told us that patients valued the reliable, professional and courteous care they received. They highlighted the team's responsiveness, compassion and ability to put them at ease. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. They valued the clean environment and reported that the high standards of care had helped them maintain good oral health and reduce the need for further treatment over time. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. One patient told us that the principal dentist had replied to worried emails from them over the weekend. As the practice was not open on set days, appointments could be made on demand at times which were convenient to each patient. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients also reported that the high standard of treatment had helped them maintain excellent oral health and confidence in their dental care. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. They described the care as thorough, professional and personalised, with attention given to their overall health and lifestyle as well as their oral health.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
