People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback, collected by the practice, from a number of additional patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included; “All good, no problems”, “Friendly and informative”, “As always the hygienist and dentist were friendly and put me at ease. The appointments were on time. A simple and easy experience”, “The dentist was polite and informative”. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
