What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

The service proactively sought feedback from young people who used the service. Feedback was used to make improvements and ensure that patients were involved in deciding how the service was delivered. The service had an active youth participation group which met quarterly to discuss their experience of the service and to increase engagement from patients. This included group activities to discuss specific topics and to design more inclusive marketing material. The service actively monitored feedback collected externally, including the friends and family test, which indicated that 94% of patients would recommend the service to friends or family. In collaboration with the youth participation group the service chose to measure the impact of their activities by using the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index. This is a method established by the World Health Organisation (WHO) comprised of a short questionnaire designed to measure mental wellbeing. Of the patients who took the questionnaire, 82% saw an increase in their wellbeing. The average increase across the service was 62% (a 10% increase indicates a significant change).

GP Patient Survey 2026

What registered patients reported

Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.

No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.

Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
