People’s experience
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice; we saw feedback the practice received through patient satisfaction surveys and online reviews. Feedback showed that staff were welcoming, informative, professional and caring. Patients commented that staff are gentle and make you feel comfortable. The patient experience at the practice was consistently outstanding, the clinicians were lovely and the team provided excellent care. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
