People’s experience

Two weeks before our on-site assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 24 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Staff at the practice were very friendly and everyone made me feel very comfortable. My cavity was fixed very quickly and competently. I would highly recommend.” “Excellent and professional service at all levels from the receptionist to the dentist. Both had a kind and caring attitude. Everything was clearly explained, and every step was carefully done.” “The dental check-up is always thorough and there is plenty of time given to discuss any issues I might have and at no point do I feel rushed.” “The hygienist always carries out a thorough yet gentle clean and is sensitive to my phobias. I have also been given good oral hygiene advice.”

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
