People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 3 patients. On the day of our inspection, we spoke with 4 patients and obtained feedback from a further 14 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Before I came to Infinity I had a fear of dentists and I can honestly say that it is an absolute pleasure to come and get my treatments and care here!” “The reception team were lovely as always, very helpful when I had questions”. “I had two dentist appointments with different dentists and both were great, very informative and kind”. “All the staff at both Leeds and Harrogate are very friendly- always greeted with a smile”. “Very good service, polite and helpful. Professional and prompt”. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “Consulting room clean and safe”. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “Treatment always been first class, including sorting emergency appointments”. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “Excellent service, staff go beyond expectations and always offer advice and help”. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. “Clear information received around condition, care and further follow up from both dentist and hygienist”. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
