The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People gave mixed reviews around the service. Patients were given the opportunity to give feedback on their care over the inspection period July 2025, we received 10 responses of which 2 were very positive about the service, saying they felt listened to and the clinician was kind and empathetic. However, 7 people had concerns around accessing the service. The National GP Patient Survey showed 54% of people had a good or very good overall experience of contacting this service which was beneath the 70% national average. 87% of patients had their needs met at their last appointment in line with a 90% national average.
