People’s experience
We carried out this announced, on-site inspection on 1 August 2025. We found the practice had met all regulations. Infection control procedures in place were effective. The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks. Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement. Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance. Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our inspection, could access care, support and treatment when required. Dental Beauty Dulwich is part Dental Beauty Partners, a dental group provider. The practice is in Dulwich in the London Borough of Southwark and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children. There was step-free access to the practice. Car parking spaces were available near the practice. The practice is located close to public transport links. The practice had 6 treatment rooms.At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 30 staff, of which there were 13 dentists, 2 orthodontic therapists, 8 dental nurses, including 6 trainees, 3 dental hygienists, 4 receptionists and a practice manager. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 3 dentists, 1 dental nurse, 1 receptionist and the practice manager.
