What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. The results from the recent NHS Friends and Family Test showed people were satisfied with services. We received 23 positive feedback from experience of care online forms from the patients who used the service. People were happy about the care the service delivery at this location. However, the National GP Patient Survey 2026 showed that people did not always have a positive experience. However, we spoke to the patient participation group (PPG) chair and other members of the PPG who represented the views of people using the service and the feedback was positive. Some of them informed us that the service needed to review how to make the premises more comfortable during exceptionally hot weather and to provide more seats.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
