Appointments on time. Easy to navigate process. Easy to change appointments when needed. Orthodontist treatment has been excellent.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “Even though my treatment was a long period, I felt as though it was needed. My dentist always checked if I had pain or discomfort. They always made sure I wanted to keep or get rid of my gap and made sure I was 100% happy before taking braces off. They did a really good clean afterwards and my teeth are now stunning.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
