People’s experience

Patients were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey 2025 and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed patients were satisfied with practices. The National GP Patient Survey 2025 results from January to March 2025 showed patient satisfaction at this practice was generally in line with or above local and national averages. We noted that of 355 surveys sent, 121 were returned (34% response rate). We also noted 84% rated their experience as good (national average: 75%). NHS Friends and Family Test indicated high satisfaction with care and treatment. The practice had an active Patient Participation Group (PPG). The practice was trying to recruit a wider group of patients to represent the views of patients using the practice.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
