People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 7 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from over 400 patients, who had left online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “They have always very professional and caring. The service I receive is always exceptional. The dental work is first class and if I had developed a broken tooth or pain etc they have always been able to find a slot so I could see a dentist the same day. All staff, dentists, reception team and owners customer service and care is superlative! I have recommended this practice to lots of friends over the years and they are in the same opinion as me. I would certainly never move from Allen house Dental simply because of their professionalism, first class care and overall service.” “Excellent service, friendly, polite and super professional staff. Could not recommend highly enough”. “From start to finish my experience was fantastic, the support from office to the dental practitioner was helpful and welcoming”. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
