What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People provided mixed feedback about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey findings showed a variation in feedback. Results from the National GP Patient Survey were mostly negative. However, the practice’s own in-house patient survey, which mirrored the national survey questions, together with feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test, were largely complimentary about the service. Additionally, of the four patients who provided feedback via the CQC website, all were complimentary about their care, with three specifically highlighting the ease of making appointments. The practice also maintained an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the service.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
