Ongoing Assessment for Dr BK Jaiswal's Practice

Assessment dated 8 June 2026. Published 24 August 2026.

What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. This included speaking with people using the service at the time of our assessment and reviewing other feedback available to us. People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. They described how staff treated them with kindness and compassion and respected their privacy. This was mirrored in the results of surveys, including the 2025 and 2026 National GP Patient Surveys, which showed most people were satisfied with the care and treatment they received. The 2025 National GP Patient Survey (GPPS) results showed people were satisfied with services provided and survey responses were in line with the local and national averages for all areas of care, treatment and access. For example, 90% of patients stated their needs were met and 78% stated they had a very or fairly good overall experience. Since the assessment, GPPS have published new results in July 2026. The new data suggests a slight decline with 87% stating their needs were met and 72 % stating they had a fairly to good overall experience. The practice had collated the Friends and Family survey (FFT), for March 2026 which had 16 positive responses.   There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. The practice had regular meetings with the patient participation group PPG, we spoke with a member of the group who explained that the any concerns raised were acted upon by the practice.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
