The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The provider encouraged and valued feedback from people who used the service.
Feedback that we have reviewed, showed that overall patient experience of the service is positive. The results of the national GP patient survey were in line with or higher than local and nation average scores for patient satisfaction. The results showed that patients generally felt positive about their overall experience of the service; patients felt listened to, treated with care and concern, were involved in decisions about their care and treatment, and had confidence and trust in the healthcare professionals involved.
The service received low numbers of written complaints and both verbal and written complaints were investigated, responded to and used to drive improvement.
Patients were given the opportunity to provide feedback to CQC via a link on the provider’s website. No feedback was received through this means.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
