People’s experience
As part of the assessment process, we asked the practice to invite patients to share their experience of the service via the Give Feedback on Care form on the Care Quality Commission website. We received 15 responses, 14 of which were positive about the service they had received from the practice. The National GP Patient Survey for 2025 showed that the practice was performing in line with national averages in areas such as patients feeling that the healthcare professional they saw had all the information they needed about them during their last appointment, and patients having confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last appointment. The practice did not perform as well in areas such as patients finding it easy to contact the practice using their website or being offered a choice of time or day when they last tried to make an appointment. Of the 102 patients who completed the survey, 51% described their overall experience of the practice as good, compared to the local average of 70% and national average of 75%. Feedback from representatives from the patient participation group, regarding their interactions with the practice, was positive. The NHS Friends and Family Test data from March to June 2025 showed that at least 60% of respondents rated their overall experience of the practice as good or very good each month, however there were 5 or fewer responses each month. The practice did not carry out its own patient surveys.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
