As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience. The 2026 National GP Patient Survey results had 111 responses, this showed people were very positive with services provided and all the results were above the national or local averages. For example, 92% of patients stated their needs were met and 88% stated they had a very or fairly good overall experience, which were both above the national and local averages. In addition, 99% stated they had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to, the national average in comparison was 93% and the local 91%. CQC received 8 patients feedback which was very positive, examples of comments made were administrative staff and doctors go above and beyond to be helpful, empathetic, flexible and supportive of patient’s needs. We were provided with the minutes of the most recent Patient Participation Group meeting in 2026, which demonstrated the group discussed access to the practice, promotion of local services, patient involvement and access to medical records. The practice submitted unverified friends and family feedback (FFT) for July 2026 where they had received 32 responses and all with the exception of one was positive.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
