People’s experience

On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a number of sources, including on-line posts, patient survey results, thank you cards and compliments. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patients commented positively about the standards of treatment provided by the practice. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients commented that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The parents and guardians of children were particularly positive about treatment their children had received at the practice, and the continuity of care afforded. This generally referred to treatment of children who would otherwise have to wait for appointments at the dental hospital. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
