People’s experience
People were extremely positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Over 95% of the feedback received by CQC was positive. The service was widely praised for caring and attentive clinicians, efficient reception staff and proactive thorough medical care. People expressed a strong appreciation of empathy, follow-ups, and clear communication.
