The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who was independent from the practice and represented the views of people using the service. Feedback from the PPG highlighted they were listened to, valued, and had seen positive changes to improve patient experiences. For example, there had been a number of complaints regarding the seating in the waiting area. The PPG were involved in helping with the selection of new chairs purchased.
