People’s experience
The National GP Patient Survey (GPPS) results from January to March 2025 showed patient satisfaction at this practice was generally in line with or above local and national averages. Of 724 surveys sent, 131 were returned (18% response rate). • Overall experience: 75% rated their experience as good (ICS average: 70%, National average: 75%). • Access: Patients reported satisfaction with access via phone, the practice website, and the NHS App. • Quality of care: Feedback from both the GPPS and NHS Friends and Family Test indicated high satisfaction with care and treatment. At the time of assessment, there was no active Patient Participation Group (PPG). However, leaders had responded positively to patient feedback, including: • Introducing an on-call GP list to enable the prioritisation of patients with urgent needs. • Auditing live call monitoring reports distributed by the primary care network (PCN), to improve patient experience of contacting the practice by phone. • Auditing of access, which included monitoring capacity and demand for appointments.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
