People’s experience
Feedback from patients was mainly positive. One person told us they had concerns about waiting times for an appointment, but this had improved because the system had changed. Others were positive about the practice and the care they received. They said referrals to other services such as the hospital were done in a timely manner and were followed up by the practice. All spoke positively about the leadership team and liked the fact the practice was small, so they received continuity of care. Staff sent out regular surveys to patients within two weeks of someone having an appointment and they had seen an increase in positive responses since changes had been made to appointments and clinic times.
The practice had a small patient participation group who they consulted with when changes were being made. Plans were in place to increase the membership of this group going forward to ensure a wider view from the community was gathered.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
