People’s experience
Recent results from the National GP Patient Survey indicated high levels of patient satisfaction with the services provided, with several areas scoring above both the national and local averages. These outcomes are particularly significant given the complex physical, mental health, and social challenges experienced by the practice’s patient population. They serve as a strong endorsement of the high-quality, person-centred care consistently delivered by the service. During the inspection, patients spoke positively about their experiences at the practice. Several commented on the compassionate and inclusive care they had received. Notably, we observed that some patients had brought friends and peers to the practice, particularly those from asylum-seeking backgrounds, because they trusted that the care delivered would be respectful, safe, and supportive, as they themselves had experienced.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
