What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

Recent survey results from the National GP Patient Survey showed the practice had performed either in line with or below other practices. However, the practice had taken steps to improve overall satisfaction with the service which resulted in improved patient feedback. For example, all feedback shared directly with CQC was positive about the service and the care and treatment provided. This included people we spoke to during our site visit. People were positive about access, how they were treated by staff and felt their needs were usually met. Recent results from the NHS Friends and Family test were also mainly positive.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
