People’s experience
The practice population was actively involved and were able to share their experience about their care and treatment. The provider had an effective system to act on patient feedback for the purpose of continuous improvement. The data from the National GP Patient Survey reflected that patients were very satisfied with access to the practice. The practice collaborated with their patients and Patient Population Group (PPG) to identify where they could improve their services and made changes where required.
