People’s experience
The GP patient survey data for 2023 regarding access were below or in line with the England average for the questions relating to access. We recognise the pressure that practices are currently working under, and the efforts staff are making to maintain levels of access for their patients. The service engaged with the patients through the Patient Participation Group (PPG) and used internal surveys to involve their patient population; encouraging the sharing of their experience of the care and treatment received. Feedback from people, relatives and professionals who worked closely with the service was mainly positive. People told us that they felt involved in decisions about their care and treatment, the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Patients experience on accessing the practice was mixed but once accessed the patients were happy with the level of care they received.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
