People’s experience
We spoke with 5 people during the assessment who told us that they were listened to, involved in decisions about their care and treatment and treated with respect and kindness. They told us there had been improvements to the telephone and appointment system; however, they said they would like more appointments to be available when contacting the practice in the morning as the appointments go quickly.
Friends and Family Test data for November 2025 to January 2026 demonstrated that 88% of respondents stated their experience of the service was good or very good.
The experience of people who used the service as indicated in the national GP Patient Survey showed the practice was in-line with local and national averages for people having their needs met and waiting times for an appointment. However, overall responses were below local and national averages for questions relating to the service being caring, such as having confidence and trust in the clinician, being treated with care and concern and the clinician listening.
The experience of people who used the service as indicated in the national GP Patient Survey showed the practice was below local and national averages for accessibility. People’s experience was significantly below average for ease of contacting the practice by telephone and via the website. Peoples overall experience of contacting the practice was also below average.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
