The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were very positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Patients told us they could access appointments in a timely manner, and they felt cared for and listened to. They said how professional, friendly and approachable staff were and they felt they were involved in decisions about their care.
