People’s experience
Feedback from people, relatives and professionals who worked closely with the service was mainly positive. People told us that they felt involved in decisions about their care and treatment, the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Patients experience on accessing the practice was mixed but once accessed the patients were happy with the level of care they received.
