People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. The 2025 National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test showed people were satisfied with services. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how older patients in particular felt well supported with accessible and well organised services such as annual vaccination clinics delivered locally at a nearby hall. The practice actively collected patient feedback through texts. Feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed patient experience were mostly positive. Feedback from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey showed that 88% of respondents reported their overall experience of the GP Practice was good, in comparison to the local and national average of 75%. Patients consistently described staff as professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Feedback also indicated that appointments were provided in a timely manner, contributing to positive patient experience and satisfaction with the service.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
