People’s experience
The GP patient survey data regarding access showed a significant positive variation regarding access to the practice by phone. Indicators regarding satisfaction with appointment times, the overall experience of making an appointment and satisfaction with appointments offered were all positive variations. All indicators were above the national average and all were on an upward trend across time.
The practice had reviewed the GP patient survey data and aimed to maintain and improve outcomes for patients regarding access.
274 patients had responded to the friends and family test in January 2024. 268 of the responses were very good or good.
