People’s experience
In the 2023 National GP Patient Survey, the practice’s data for access was lower than national averages. Patient feedback gathered by the practice more recently was more positive, including feedback gathered after some recent improvements, but this cannot be compared directly to the National GP Patient Survey. We received feedback from 17 patients, all of which were positive, the patients told us the service was very good, staff were friendly and helpful and they received good care from the GPs. We recognise the pressure that practices are currently working under, and the efforts staff are making to maintain levels of access for their patients. At the same time, our strategy makes a commitment to deliver regulation driven by people’s needs and experiences of care. Although we saw the practice was attempting to improve access, this was not yet reflected in the GP patient survey data.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
