Assessment dated 2 September 2026. Published 21 October 2026.

What CQC reported

The service is not performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

People’s experience

As part of our assessment, we requested feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. We did not receive any responses from patients during this period. We did review other feedback available to us such as the results of recent surveys, including the 2026 National GP Patient Survey, which showed most people were satisfied. There was a patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. They exchanged information by emails and texts, rather than in-person. Representatives from the PPG described the practice team in positive terms.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
