People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey 2024 and comments sent to CQC as part of this assessment, showed people were satisfied with the services delivered by the practice. There was an active primary care network (PCN) patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people across the network.
