The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were mostly positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. The results in this report will refer to the 2025 survey as the assessment was conducted before the 2026 results were published. The Patient Participation Group (PPG) was no longer active, and the practice offered bi-monthly drop ins for patients. As part of our assessment the practice directed its patients to provide feedback directly to CQC via the Give Feedback on Care (GFOC) form. We received 16 positive responses and 3 negative responses. The overall feedback from patients gathered from the inspection was mainly positive. The negative feedback was in relation to access and staff mannerisms.
