People’s experience
We collected patient feedback from a variety of sources, including comments shared directly with CQC, reviews on the NHS website, Friends and Family Test (FFT) data and the National GP Patient Survey. Patients reported that staff at the practice are helpful and supportive; however, patients also reported they can sometimes face difficulty in accessing appointments, particularly if trying later in the day. The National GP Patient Survey showed satisfaction to be in line with local and national averages when patients were asked about their overall experience of the practice. The practice did not have an active Patient Participation Group (PPG). The practice reported that they had struggled to recruit members, particularly since Covid-19. FFT data from May 2025 showed the practice to be achieving higher than average rates of positive feedback (national average: 92%, practice: 96%).

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
